If you are overseas, download the Notice of Intended Marriage Form by clicking HERE. Complete it in the presence of a Notary Public and post it to me. If you are in Australia you can still download the Notice of Intended Marriage Form and complete it in the presence of a JP, solicitor etc (as listed on page 4 of 4 of the Notice of Intended Marriage form).
Once I receive your Notice of Intended Marriage and payment, I can confirm your booking.
Please note: I have to receive your Notice of Intended Marriage no less than a month and a day before your wedding day.
